Miguel Ángel Rodríguez-Sahagún

Miguel Ángel has over 30 years of experience in the field of Transactions, Corporate Law and Corporate Compliance.

He has been the partner responsible for Corporate Law at EY Abogados (1998-2014), member of the EY Abogados Executive Committee (2002-2007), and member of the CWEA EY LAW Committee (2004-2009). Recently he has been the partner responsible for Corporate Law at Ceca Magán Abogados (2015-2016).

Miguel Ángel has a wide experience in M&A transactions and corporate restructuring projects for multinational Spanish and foreign companies, private equity entities and other Spanish and foreign funds. His areas of specialization include the implementation of Compliance models and the provision of Corporate Secretarial Services. Within this area, he has been appointed Company Secretary of several Spanish companies and affiliates of multinational companies.

Miguel Ángel has a Law degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Other studies include a Master in Law at Instituto de Empresa.

Marta Rodríguez Viciana

Marta has over 20 years of experience in the management, planning and optimization of national and international tax and legal matters.

She has a wide experience in the provision of corporate tax and legal advice and has taken part in important restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and transfers of companies. Marta possesses an extraordinary global view of the company that not only encompasses the legal and tax aspects, but also includes the accounting, financial and business aspects. Her experience includes advising executives, entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses and individuals on income tax, inheritance tax and wealth management matters, as well as on tax audit proceedings.

She started her career at KMPG Abogados and then moved to EY Abogados, where she has worked for 17 years in the Business Tax Advisory Area, leading the Family Business and Private Clients practice in Spain.

Marta has a Law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Other studies include a Management Development Program (PDD) at IESE Business School.
